Good Social was founded by Jillian Graffagnino after nearly a decade working across social media, influencer marketing, brand strategy, and creative direction.

Throughout her career, she noticed that the brands creating the greatest impact weren't necessarily producing more content; they were paying closer attention to the moments that made them unique.
